Parish Ministries

Fr. Arthur and Fr. Zach have been hard at work in our parish, and we are so blessed to have them.  They would like to restart some parish ministries.  If you are interested in joining one of these ministries, please complete the form below.   After a list of interested parishioners is complied Fr. Arthur,  will set up a time to meet with the group.  Thank you and God Bless you for your ministries to our parish.

Altar Guild

This ministry will consist of decorating the Altar for special occasions, Advent, Christmas, Lent and Easter to name a few.  With Advent fast approaching this will be a good time to explore this ministry.  Fr. Arthur and Fr. Zach will guide you in Church protocol for decorating the Church.

Church Cleaning Crews

Fr. Arthur and Fr. Zach would ideally like to have at least 4 cleaning crews.  This would be done on Saturday mornings after confessions or Friday evenings.  This includes dusting, vacuuming and dressing the Altar.  So gather some of your friends and form a group.  If you can’t form a group call us, and we will add you to a group.

Helping Hands Ministry

This Ministry is such a blessing to grieving families.  Although we can’t do this at this time due to COVID-19 it is not too early to form committees and begin planning.  Helping Hands consist of planning and hosting a meal for families after the funeral.  Ideally each group would have members to prepare food and bring it to the Parish Life Center on the day of the funeral and other members to host the meal and clean up.

It is to do the service of God, who is glorified by the loving service given to others; based on the teaching of Christ, who showed by word and example how to minister to people's spiritual and temporal needs; and under the guidance of the Church in accordance with her directives and decrees.
